The previously announced Michael Jackson musical inspired by the life of the King of Pop has found its (very fitting) title. The Michael Jackson Estate and Columbia Live Stage have announced today that the previously confirmed stage musical (which is still currently in development) Don’t Stop ‘Till You Get Enough will begin performances at the James M. Nederlander Theater (formerly the Oriental Theater) on October 29th. The show is slated to run through December 1st, and will bow (or "moonwalk") on Broadway in 2020.

The new musical will feature a book by two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage and a score made up of some of the best-loved, top-selling songs in recording history. Tony Award winner Christopher Wheeldon  (the powerhouse behind Broadway's An American in Paris) will direct and choreograph.
